Privacy Policy
SecureMind 360 is the internal security awareness training platform of Business Technology Group (“BTG”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle personal information when we deliver security awareness training and simulations to BTG employees, including by SMS text message.
Information we collect
- Employee identity and contact details provided by BTG (name, work email, department, job title, and, for the SMS program, mobile phone number).
- Training activity: modules completed, quiz results, phishing‑simulation interactions, and message reports.
- Technical event data needed to operate the service (timestamps, delivery status).
We do not collect passwords, one‑time codes, or the content of messages an employee submits to the coaching tool.
How we use it
- To deliver training, simulations, and reminders, and to measure and reduce human security risk.
- To provide aggregated, role‑based reporting to BTG. Executive reports use anonymized or aggregated data.

Sharing
We share information only with service providers that operate the platform on our behalf (for example, our SMS carrier), under contract and solely to provide the service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep training and event data only as long as needed for the program and applicable policy, then delete or anonymize it. Reports may be retained in aggregated form.
Your choices
- Opt out of SMS at any time by replying
STOP. - Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting BTG.
